• Account Information: Your name, email address, and password (encrypted) when you sign up.
• Broker Data: Read-only access to your portfolio, holdings, and positions via Fyers or Zerodha OAuth. We never store your broker password or trading credentials.
• Usage Data: Questions you ask, pages you visit, and features you use — to improve our service.
• Device Information: Browser type, device type, and IP address for security and analytics.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and improve the TradeGPTs AI assistant service.
• To fetch your portfolio data from connected brokers (read-only).
• To send important account and service notifications.
• To process payments and manage your subscription.
• To detect and prevent fraud or unauthorized access.

3. Broker Integration & Data Access

When you connect your Fyers or Zerodha account, we receive read-only access to your portfolio data via their official OAuth systems. This means:

• We can never place trades, withdraw funds, or modify your account.
• We do not store your broker username or password.
• Your broker access token is stored securely and encrypted.
• You can revoke access at any time from your broker's app settings.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data to any third party. We may share data with:

• Anthropic (Claude AI): Your questions are processed by Claude AI to generate responses. Queries are not permanently stored by Anthropic for training beyond their standard policies.
• Payment Processors: Razorpay processes payments. We do not store your card details.
• Infrastructure Providers: DigitalOcean hosts our servers. Data is stored in India/Singapore region.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including:

• HTTPS encryption for all data in transit.
• Encrypted storage for sensitive tokens and credentials.
• Regular security audits and vulnerability assessments.
• Restricted employee access to user data.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove your personal data within 30 days, except where required by law.

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your account and data.
• Disconnect your broker at any time.
