By creating an account or using TradeGPTs ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. These terms apply to all users, including free and paid subscribers.

2. Description of Service

TradeGPTs is an AI-powered trading assistant that allows users to:

• Connect their broker accounts (Fyers, Zerodha) via read-only OAuth.
• Ask questions about their portfolio and receive AI-generated insights.
• View market information and portfolio summaries.
• Access personalized AI analysis of their trading data.

3. User Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old to use TradeGPTs.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate and truthful information when registering.
• One account per person. Multiple accounts are not permitted.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscription & Payments

• Free Plan: 5 AI questions per day at no cost.
• Pro Plan: ₹499/month for unlimited questions and premium features.
• Payments are processed securely via Razorpay.
• Subscriptions auto-renew monthly unless cancelled.
• You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings.
• Please refer to our Refund Policy for refund eligibility.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt the platform.
• Share your account credentials with others.
• Use bots or automated tools to access the service.
• Reproduce or redistribute our AI-generated content commercially.
• Misrepresent AI-generated insights as certified financial advice.

6. Broker Integrations

When you connect your broker account:

• You authorize TradeGPTs to access your portfolio data in read-only mode.
• We will never place, modify, or cancel trades on your behalf.
• You can revoke access at any time through your broker's platform.
• We are not responsible for any actions taken by your broker.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

TradeGPTs is provided "as is" without any warranty. We do not guarantee:

• The accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of AI-generated responses.
• Uninterrupted or error-free service availability.
• That AI insights will result in profitable trading decisions.

8. Limitation of Liability

TradeGPTs and its founders shall not be liable for any financial losses, trading losses, or damages arising from your use of the service or reliance on AI-generated content. You acknowledge that all investment decisions are solely your own responsibility.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page. Upon termination, your data will be removed per our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
