✅ We offer a 7-day refund window for Pro subscriptions. If you're not satisfied, we'll make it right.
1. Pro Subscription Refunds
We want you to be happy with TradeGPTs. If you subscribed to the Pro plan and feel it's not right for you, here's our refund policy:
- 7-Day Refund Window: You can request a full refund within 7 days of your first Pro subscription payment.
- Renewal Refunds: Refunds on renewal charges can be requested within 48 hours of the renewal date.
- Partial Refunds: We do not offer pro-rated or partial refunds for mid-cycle cancellations.
2. How to Request a Refund

Include your details: Registered email address, date of payment, and reason for the refund request.

We'll respond within 2 business days and process eligible refunds within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Refund request made after 7 days of the initial payment.
- Account suspended or terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service.
- Free plan usage — the Free plan has no charges.
- Dissatisfaction due to AI response quality alone, without giving us a chance to resolve the issue.
- Requests made more than 48 hours after a renewal charge.
4. Cancellation
You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time from the Settings page inside your dashboard. After cancellation:
- You will retain Pro access until the end of your current billing period.
- You will not be charged again after cancellation.
- Your account will revert to the Free plan automatically.

5. Payment Processing
All payments are processed by Razorpay. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method (UPI, card, or net banking) used at the time of purchase. Processing times may vary based on your bank.
